Emery Gate Car Park AKA Emery Lane Car Park is best.
For satnav: 
From the north, west or south, head for SN15 3EY. Go over the bridge, turn left and follow the track to the underground car park. Exit via Emery Lane. 
From the east, head for SN15 3JH and park above or below ground. 
Walk through Emery Gate precinct, turn right on to High St. and you'll see the Neeld.
From the rail stn., head down Station Hill, turn left at the bottom and carry on to the Neeld. It's about half a mile.
From the bus stn., straight through Market Place to High St
